I installed InVEST 3.12.1 (windows) new workbench on my pc (windows 10 Pro 64-Bit Intel R Core.
Message
Error! Can’t initialize plug-ins directory. Please try again later.
How can I solve this problem?

@sibylles , thanks for posting here. This could be a problem of file permissions on your computer. Please try this:
Open the Windows Start Menu and type %TEMP% into the search bar.
Choose “Open File Location”.
Right-click on the folder named Temp and open “Properties”.
On the “Security” tab, check the permissions for your username. You will need to Allow Read & Write access for this folder.
Please let us know if that solves the problem. If this is not your personal computer, you may need to ask a system administrator to help resolve this.

I assume the Same Problem. The ö in my Name. So the program is Not able to find the link.
