What is the issue or question you have?
The Invest software doesn’t load.
I click the software icon and it starts, but then fails.
What do you expect to happen?
Load software
What have you tried so far?
Remove istalation
Installed older version 14.1
Upload the logfile using the button

Hi @ronenk , thanks for sharing your logfile.
From the logs, it looks like version 3.14.2 did work at first, but then subsequently did not work. I’m not sure what went wrong.
I wonder if your experience sounds similar to the one discussed in this other thread. This particular post has some instructions you could try, if you interested,
Hi @frederick , thanks for sharing your logfile. Sorry I haven’t been able to respond earlier.
From the log, it appears that most of the time the Workbench does not startup correctly, but that maybe it has started correctly once or twice?
One of the startup operations is taking much longer than expected and it ultimately times out. I’m not sure what is causing that. We might try changing a few things and sending you a new version to try, though that might take a few more days.
In the meantime…
