I cannot understand where this error come from.Please help me.

It looks like the model is having trouble reading your biophysical table. The error KeyError: ‘lulc_veg’ means that it cannot find the column named “lulc_veg”, which is required by the model. Looking at this line of the logfile:

Makes me wonder if the values in your land cover map and/or biophysical table are using characters that the model unfortunately does not support. Please look at the User Guide Data Needs section, and the sample data provided with the models, to see how the columns need to be named.
Also, make sure that the Values in the land cover map are numeric, and that every land cover Value has a corresponding entry in the biophysical table.
