Why does InVEST 3.12 stay in a completely white state after opening it?

Could you do as Dave suggested from that post?

Could you please look in the following folder and see if you have any files named main.log or renderer.log or main.old.log and upload them here?

C:\Users\your username\AppData\Roaming\invest-workbench\logs

If this happens to anyone else, these steps should resolve the problem:

  1. Close the workbench.
  2. Delete this folder C:\Users\your username\AppData\Roaming\invest-workbench\
  3. Start the workbench again

And we’ll fix the underlying issue so this crash does not happen in future releases of the Workbench.
