Thanks for uploading your logfile. It looks like the convolution operation is the cause for the error. What resolution is your land use land cover raster?
Would it be possible to share your inputs for us to debug? An easy way to share data is to click “Save As” on the left panel of the InVEST Workbench User Interface and save “Parameters and Data”. Then you could share this archive via Google Drive, Dropbox, or whatever your preference is.
