I would like to know if there is any way to model the impacts of climate change on agricultural production via InVEST (Crop Production model).
In the user’s guide it says that the weather is responsible for the response of this model, but I didn’t understand if there would be a way to include this as a variable to be modeled. If not, how could you make this projection?

Welcome to the forum, and great question. The InVEST Crop Production model currently does not have an easy way of incorporating climate change into agricultural production. This guide provides information on incorporating climate change scenarios into many InVEST models, if you are interested in more details. The guide is from 2016, so does not include models that have been released since then.
