I encountered this problem when installing invest software. The software cannot be installed properly. How can I solve this problem

This particular error looks interesting, though to the best of our knowledge, our download infrastructure isn’t currently experiencing any issues.
Was this as a part of the InVEST installer? If so, could you try re-running the installer and see if it works this time?
If that still doesn’t work, you can always download the sample data zipfiles manually from here: GCS Bucket Listing
